I am a kundalini yoga teacher, I started doing yoga in the 1990’s and have explored many different styles all over the world. I love yoga as you can adapt it to every stage of your life. You can even adapt it to how you are feeling that day energy wise and what you have time for. It’s fantastic!
Now I am a mother my time is precious but I know how important it is to keep my practice up for self care. They say to stay young and stay flexible. It’s even linked to good memory which I definitely need right now as I am trying to remember it seems like a million things at once.
